DIRECTOR OF REGULATORY SERVICES
With 20+ years of experience in the graphic communications industry, Patty Eldridge has spent the last fifteen years in the Regulatory Services department of Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast. Her duties include conducting OSHA/safety and environmental assessments, conducting various safety and environmental compliance training sessions for employees, and monitoring regulatory activity. Ms. Eldridge is an OSHA authorized outreach trainer. She was named Director of Regulatory Services in 1996. In her years with the association, she has interacted extensively with regulators at all levels of government - federal, state, and local. For the last six years, Ms. Eldridge has been the coordinator for the Printing Industries of America Affiliate Roundtable, a national forum for the exchange of environmental, health, and safety information among industry associations. She currently sits on the Houston Small Business Advisory Committee of the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality.
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
With over 25 years of human resources and administrative management experience, Bill has extensive knowledge in the practical application of labor law. Bill has held the position of Director, Human Resource Services at Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast (PIGC) since July 1994, assisting many printers with their HR problems and issues. He has held management positions in retail, transportation and insurance before coming to the printing industry. Since joining the association, Bill has conducted seminars on human resource topics for Printing and Imaging Association - MidAmerica, Dallas, TX, College of Technology at the University of Houston and PIGC. Bill also administers the association's 401(k) Retirement Plan. Bill holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Houston Human Resource Management Association.
